♥ Creamy and filling
♥ Easy one-step recipe

Ingredients

  • Whey protein — 1 scoop
  • Milk — 300 g
  • Nuts — 10 g
  • Ice — as required

Method

1. Blend

Add the whey protein, milk, nuts and ice to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Tip

Use chilled milk for a colder, thicker shake without needing too much ice.

You can adjust the quantity of ice depending on how thick you prefer the shake.

Ipshita’s Note

This is one of those very simple recipes where everything goes into the blender and the job is done. The whey provides the protein, while the small amount of nuts adds flavour, texture and some healthy fats without making the shake overly heavy.
