Homemade Coffee Choco Ice Cream is a creamy frozen dessert combining coffee and chocolate in a simple, fuss-free recipe. With only a handful of ingredients, the mixture comes together quickly; the freezer does the rest of the work.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 50 g
  • Whipping cream – 100 g
  • Dark unsweetened cocoa powder – ½ tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence – to taste
  • Sweetener – to taste
  • Coffee powder – to taste

Method

1. Prepare the Coffee-Chocolate Base

Add the milk, coffee powder, cocoa powder and sweetener to a bowl. Whisk well until the cocoa powder has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

2. Whip the Cream

In a separate large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently add the whipped cream to the coffee-cocoa mixture and combine until evenly incorporated.

3. Freeze

Transfer the ice-cream mixture to a glass container and place it in the freezer.

Once the mixture begins to set, take it out and blend it once again. Transfer it back to the glass container and freeze until completely set.

4. Serve

Scoop and serve chilled.

Enjoy it with homemade chocolate sauce if you like.
