Method

1. Marinate the Chicken

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and lemon juice.

Mix well, making sure the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Keep aside for some time to marinate.

2. Air Fry

Place the marinated chicken breast in the air fryer.

Air-fry at 160°C for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through.

Remove the cooked chicken breast from the air fryer and allow it to rest briefly.

Slice into even pieces and garnish with chopped green and red chillies, or with a dressing of your choice.

Serve and enjoy.

Ipshita’s Note

This is one of those simple chicken recipes where you don’t need a long list of ingredients to get plenty of flavour. A basic spice marinade and the air fryer give the chicken a beautifully roasted outside while keeping it juicy inside.

Tip

Allow the chicken to rest briefly before slicing so it retains its juices. Air-fryer cooking time can vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breast, so make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
