Prepare the soya chunks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soak the soya chunks in hot water until softened, following the packet instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drain and rinse them thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squeeze out as much excess water as possible and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Air-fry the sweet potato<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peel the sweet potato, if preferred, and cut it into evenly sized cubes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the air fryer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange the sweet potato cubes in the basket in a single layer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air-fry at 140\u2013150\u00b0C for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the temperature to 180\u00b0C and cook for another 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Add the soya chunks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the prepared soya chunks to the sweet potato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Air-fry everything together at 180\u00b0C for approximately 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shake the basket once during cooking so the ingredients cook evenly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
