Mix gently so the softened poha does not break.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat the groundnut oil in a kadai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the peanuts and saut\u00e9 for about 1 minute, until they begin to turn golden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the onions, green chilli and curry leaves. Cook until the onions turn lightly golden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add fennel seeds, grated ginger, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Saut\u00e9 for a few seconds until aromatic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the prepared poha and mix everything together gently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the kadai and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the heat and transfer the poha to a serving bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, fresh onion and pomegranate seeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ippitizer Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indori Poha is all about balance \u2014 soft poha, the crunch of peanuts, aromatic spices, a slight sweetness and the fresh burst of pomegranate in every bite.
