About Ippitizer

Where diet meets passion.

Ippitizer was born from a simple belief: eating with your goals in mind doesn’t mean giving up the food you love. It’s about understanding your ingredients, working within your macros and finding your own way to make everyday food fit your lifestyle.

My Story

I’m not a chef — I’m a home cook who loves food and loves experimenting with it.

My love for cooking started when I was still in school. Over the years, I found myself constantly drawn to recipes, cooking shows and new ideas. But what interested me most was never simply following a recipe exactly as it was written. I loved taking an idea into my kitchen and asking myself, How can I make this my way?

Some recipes on Ippitizer are completely my own. Some are inspired by chefs, dishes I’ve eaten or recipes I’ve discovered over the years. Others come from food memories that have stayed with me for decades.

What connects them all is that they have been cooked, adapted and enjoyed in my own kitchen.

As fitness became an important part of my life, the way I cooked began to change too. I didn’t want to stop eating the food I loved or turn every meal into boring “diet food.”

Instead, I started paying more attention to ingredients, portions and macros. I began experimenting with familiar recipes — changing an ingredient here, adjusting a cooking method there, or simply rethinking the portion — so that I could make them work better for the way I wanted to eat.

And that is really what Ippitizer is about:

Real food, adapted to real life — without losing the pleasure of eating it.

What You’ll Find Here

Every recipe on Ippitizer is something I would genuinely make and eat myself.

You’ll find familiar favourites, healthier adaptations, recipes inspired by chefs and dishes I admire, old food memories brought back to life, and ideas that came simply from experimenting in my own kitchen.

Wherever possible, I share the ingredients, portions and macros so you can see what actually goes into a dish and decide how — or whether — it fits into your own way of eating.

I don’t believe there is one way of eating that works for everyone. My portions and macros are based on how I choose to eat; yours may be completely different.

I’m not a nutritionist, and Ippitizer isn’t here to prescribe a diet.

It’s here to share ideas.

No food rules. No one-size-fits-all diet. Just flavourful food, thoughtful portions and a little creativity.

What Ippitizer Means to Me

The name Ippitizer actually came from two friends who suggested it to me — a playful name that felt personal and somehow just fit.

Over time, it came to represent exactly what I wanted this space to be: a place where my love for cooking meets the way I choose to eat.

For me, healthy eating isn’t about making everything “diet food.” It’s about taking food I already love, understanding what goes into it and finding ways to make it work for me.

Ippitizer brings together two things that have become equally important to me — eating with intention and cooking with passion.

And if something I create here inspires you to walk into your own kitchen, experiment a little and find your way of enjoying the food you love, then Ippitizer has done exactly what I hoped it would.

That’s Ippitizer — where diet meets passion, and every recipe has a little piece of me in it.
